The research used descriptive qualitative method which was carried out by collecting data obtained from documentation, observation and interviews, and supported by literature studies, both from books and journals. The results showed that the prayer method is very necessary in learning. However, in its implementation, the prayer method cannot stand alone. The prayer method in learning must be combined or integrated with other methods such as lecture methods, discussions, question and answer, storytelling, exercises (drills), sociodrama, and other methods. The prayer method is proven to make students peace of mind and are motivated to improve their learning achievements. Therefore, this method must be introduced and implemented in learning, both for educational institutions, especially Islamic educational institutions, as well as public schools. Conflicts that arise in schools can be reduced and even overcome by using conflict management techniques to the maximum extent possible. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of financial planning (RAPBS) school income and expenditure budget plans in school development. This research was carried out with a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation as well as literature studies and group discussions. The results of this research are that the acceptance component of SMK Al Washliyah 9 Perbaungan is optimized by using educational funding sources, namely the existence of regular BOS funds sourced from APBN revenues. Reporting on the accountability of the RAPBS is carried out only to the extent of the school principal. And will be conveyed at the meeting with the parties involved in it. The principal submits a report, especially regarding school financial receipts and expenditures. Evaluation is carried out every quarter or per semester. To overcome the impact of this training, this research provides a solution in the form of a behavioral skill technique in the psychology of behaviorism called Behavioral Skill Training (BST). This study uses the method of literature study. The findings in this paper show that BST is effective in dealing with gadget addiction in children based on techniques in BST which include Instruction, Modeling, Rehearsal, and Feedback steps. The BST program can help develop social, emotional, interpersonal, and problem solving skills in children so that they can reduce the level of gadget addiction and improve the quality of life for children as a whole. Learning outcomes have met the KKM score and achieved performance indicators of success ≥ 83%. This audit was coordinated with to class, to be explicit the exploratory class and the contol class. The hard and fast number of 40 children at Ummi Erni Kindergarten, inexperimental class there were 20 young people and in control class as many as 20 children. Utilizing a kind of nonquivalent control bunch plan and semi tries, this strategy for research is done. Data assessment in this study went through a couple of stages, explicitly normality,homogeneity and hypothesis. The typical information breezed through the ordinariness assessment, and the ordinary sig esteem was more noteworthy than 0,05, demonstrating that the information from each class were regularly dispersed. This study aims to find out how children's gross motor skills develop through throwing and catching balls in children aged 4-5 years at RA Arafah field, Medan sub-district. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. Which aims to find out how the development of gross motor skills of children through playing throwing and catching balls at RA Arafah field Medan. This research is a descriptive qualitative research involving 1 teacher and 18 students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques carried out were data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that children's gross motor development can develop by playing catch and throwing balls. To maximize the development of gross motor skills, agility and dexterity in children, this game can strengthen muscles and improve their motor skills in general. This type of research is descriptive correlational. The population in this study were 160 students of the An-Nikmah Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah Madrasah Tsanawiyah class, Pulau Rakyat, Asahan Regency, as many as 160 people from all 4 classes. The sample taken was 32 students. The technique of collecting data is by giving a questionnaire containing statements of motivation to learn using a Likert scale and documents of student learning outcomes in the SKI subject, the object of class VIII students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Private An-Nikmah Pulau Rakyat, Asahan Regency. Data analysis technique uses person product moment correlation analysis and simple linear regression test. The results obtained in the person product moment correlation test were 0.592 which showed that the correlation level was at a moderate level, while the results of the simple linear regression test obtained an R square of 0.351 which showed the effect of the results of the evaluation of learning on learning motivation of 35.1%. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used the Pearson product moment correlation test and a simple regression test with the help of SPSS for window 20. In this research, the Canva application was used to enhance the effectiveness of learning and address existing constraints. The reasearch method employed descriptive analysis with quantitative approach, using instruments such as assessment rubrics, student creativity questionnaires, and documentation. The research results indicate that before using the Canva application, the average creativity of students fell within the category of “Moderately Creative” with a percentage of 59,6%. After using Canva, student creativity increased by 14.2%, with an average percentage reaching 73,9% in the “Creative” category. Furthermore, their performance in creating digital posters achieved a score of 89,2%, which falls into the “Very Good” category as it is within the range of 80%-100%. The validators of the study were experts in teaching materials and LCAP. The data collected were qualitative and quantitative. Observation, interview, questionnaire, survey, and documentation methods were used to collect data. Pre-tests and post-tests were administered in the sample class. The analysis of the data yielded the following data: (1) the results of the material test were good (70.0%); (2) the results of the LCAP test were good (80.75%); (3) according to the responses to the questionnaire, the appearance, motivational qualities, and usefulness in the learning process were acceptable for all students; (4) the learning results were good (0.8). The definition of social interaction is the relationship that occurs from an individual to another individual, each of which can influence one another. The ability to interact is something that every student needs to have because humans are said to be social beings and require interaction. High interaction will result in teaching results on social studies material for grade 5, and the higher will be the analysis technique carried out with descriptive statistical analysis. The hypothesis is tested using collarational analysis through the formula on the moment product by utilizing Excel. . From trials conducted on 15 question items, it was found that each of these questions could be used as a questionnaire to find out the interactions that occurred between students because they had gone through validation both in the form of items and content by utilizing the formula from the moment product and testing the reliability of the instrument. One of the important things to do before taking action is to test it in the form of linearity of normality and correlation between products. The analysis is carried out using a simple linear regression analysis technique through the t test and the coefficient of determination. Through the research that has been done at MIN 12 Medan city, the regression equation is obtained with the magnitude Y = 51.592 + 0.537 X. Based on the t test, it is found that tcount = 3.480. Degrees of freedom dk = 27 and a significant level of 5%, so that the price ttable = 1.703 is obtained. From the descriptive statistical data the results of the data analysis of the two variables are categorized with a very good average. While testing the hypothesis using inferential statistics. This analysis technique uses Pearson's Product Moment, namely to determine the relationship between 2 variables (variables X and Y) on an interval scale (a scale that uses actual numbers) (Jakni, 2016). The results of the hypothesis test found that the value of r_count (r_xy) was 0.791 and the value of r_table with N-2 = 21-2 = 19 and a 95% confidence interval was 0.456. So it can be concluded that r_count&gt;r_table or 0.791&gt; 0.456 means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So in conclusion, there is an influence of experimental learning methods on science learning outcomes in class IV MI Nurul Ihsan Segog. The results of this research are that the acceptance component of SMK Al Washliyah 9 Perbaungan is optimized by using educational funding sources, namely the existence of regular BOS funds sourced from APBN revenues. In this study, we describe the steps for implementing the audio-visual method in PAI subjects. Data was collected through interviews with teachers. The results showed that the application of the audio-visual method significantly increased student involvement in the PAI learning process, stimulated interest in learning, and facilitated understanding of religious concepts. This article presents research that supports the effectiveness of applying the audio-visual method in teaching PAI at the elementary school level. The results of this study are that the use of audio-visual media has the potential to enrich the process of learning religion, improve the quality of education, and help students better internalize religious values. Initial questionnaire women obtained an average score from the questionnaire results of 39.92, a standard deviation of 1,256, a max score of 43, and a minimum score of 38.
