Abstract

Indonesia is known as one of the largest agrarian countries in the world, which makes most of the Indonesian population work in the agribusiness sector. Given the vast expanse of rural land in Indonesia and the decreasing number of jobs in the plantation sector, the wages of farmers are quite low. This is because the structure of the state is highly dependent on high development. Garlic (Allium sativum) is a tuber plant that has a characteristic round shape. Research Strategy The information collected in this study comes from a large amount of information and additional information. By strengthening the CSR program of PT. Anugerah Saudara Rosul, the collection of garlic affects the salary level of Pak Bekancan raisers in Telagah City, Sei Bingai Region, Langkat Regency.
