Produk Asuransi Syariah Prudensial Syariah Dalam Tinjauan Hukum Islam: Studi Kasus pada PT. Asuransi Prudensial Syariah Binjai

Abstract

This research hopes that before understanding that the equivalent in insurance assets is of the same opinion as using Islamic syariah institutions at PT Prudential Syariah. The data used in this examination are evidence and secondary data. The method used in this discussion takes a qualitative discussion. The impact of this examination is that the internal doctrine of Padan is fully contained in an opinion based on the DSN inspirations doctrine, that the interior of the company's Padan Mudarabah speaks like mudharib (administrator) while the representative speaks like shahibul mal (policy employer) and the interior of Padan tabarru. The representative submits a gift that will be used before helping other representatives who are prone to threats while the company only talks like a steward of the shares of the gift contained. Thus the operational inspiration of syariah insurance focuses more on the threshold of inspiration, help, relief, and justice.
