Peran Industri Ternak Sapi Perah Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Ekonomi Masyarakat Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam di Kelurahan Kebon Pedes Kota Bogor

Abstract

The Role of the Dairy Cattle Industry in Efforts to Improve Community Economic Welfare in the Islamic Economic Perspective in Kebon Pedes Village, Bogor City. This study aims to determine the role of the dairy cattle industry in an effort to improve the economic welfare of the community (breeders and the community around the farm) in Kebon Pedes Village, Bogor City, and also want to know the perspective of Islamic Economics. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The primary data in this study were the Kebon Pedes village, Bogor City, dairy cattle business actors and also the people around the farm. The results of this study indicate that the role of the dairy cattle industry can improve the welfare of the community, in the sense that the community here is a dairy farmer, which is in accordance with the welfare indicators consisting of clothing, food, housing, education. But the dairy cattle business has not been able to improve the welfare of the people around the farm, but at least it helps the economy of the surrounding community.
