Analisis Pengaruh Harga Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Pembelian Tiket KAI

Abstract
The research in this journal aims to find out and analyze how the influence of price, promotion, and service quality variables on the decision making of purchasing tickets for rail transportation services sold by PT KAI (Kereta Api Indonesia). The method used in this research uses literature review analysis. The technique used in collecting data in this study was carried out by collecting a data base consisting of collecting national and international journals which were then grouped based on the topic of the problem and the research year that had been determined. Based on the results of the analysis analyzed using the literature review method, it was obtained that overall there were a number of factors that had an influence on decision making in purchasing train tickets sold by PT KAI (Kereta Api Indonesia), namely price, promotion and service quality. These three variables have a significant positive influence on the decision making of purchasing tickets for rail transportation services sold by PT KAI (Kereta Api Indonesia).
