Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine how Class VII A students in the Islamic Insurance Department at the Faculty of Islamic Business Economics, State Islamic University of North Sumatra, implemented the Performance Management System. The observation method, which was used on students during ongoing lecture activities during the odd semester, served as the data collection method for this study. Non-test qualitative data are analyzed using a qualitative data analysis method. In view of the aftereffects of the exploration that has been finished, it is seen that the execution of execution the executives is a powerful work to further develop understudy execution through; conduct socialization of performance management with students and all relevant stakeholders, as well as determine performance management goals and objectives, performance indicators to be measured, performance appraisal systems to be used, and reward and punishment systems to be provided.
