Konsep Pemeliharaan Harta Dalam Perspektif Maqasyid Syariah

Abstract

Islam is a perfect religion, where all aspects of life have been regulated in the guiding sources for Muslims, namely the Qur'an and Hadith. Without exception related to the concept of maintenance of property which has an important position in Islam. This is because assets are not only related to economic activities that concern survival, but assets are also related to religious activities. Therefore related to the maintenance of assets is discussed in detail in maqasyid sharia. In Islam, property maintenance is considered a form of devotion to Allah and is also expected to benefit the individual. This study aims to examine in more depth related to the concept of maintaining assets in the perspective of sharia mawasyid, while the literature review method (Library research) was used for the research. This study found that Islam places a special emphasis on the idea of maintaining assets, both in terms of how to obtain, utilize which is not only about efforts to maintain survival but also as a form of worship.
