Analisis Peran Bank Sampah Dalam Mewujudkan Green Economy yang Berkelanjutan di Desa Sumber Melati Diski: tudi Kasus Bank Sampah Diski Mandiri Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of how the role of the Diski Mandiri Garbage Bank in Realizing a sustainable Green Economy in Sumber Melati Diksi Village. A productive business in carrying out waste services to be deposited and saved and exchanged in the form of money. The problem is the lack of knowledge about waste to the surrounding community who have not sold waste to a higher economic value. Further problems that occur in realizing a green economy must have support from the government, such as waste that has been recycled and produces hand sanitizers, redogens (floor mopping devices) and therapeutic pillows, not many people know about these products. In this study using a descriptive approach to the type of qualitative research, so that this research is included in the qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results obtained from this study are the role of the Garbage Bank for the Sumber Melati Diski village community and the role of the Garbage Bank in realizing a sustainable green economy run by the Diski Mandiri Garbage Bank in Sumber Melati Diski village, Sunggal Subdistrict, Deli Serdang district is to seek to improve the quality of life that is healthier for sustainable development, besides increasing income for customers who save at the Mandiri Disk Trash Bank. In realizing a green economy, efforts are made to implement even more recent innovations and creativity so as to provide benefits in the educational, socio-economic and environmental aspects for the welfare of the community and sustainable survival for the village of Sumber Melati Diski.
