Abstract
In increasing regional original income in a region, it is necessary to carry out governance and good behavior from all members of the organization which must be used as a guideline to prevent fraud. Therefore the implementation of good governance and organizational culture is needed in achieving organizational goals and qualified performance. The object of this study were 54 ASN employees at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency in Musi Banyuasin Regency. In this study using saturated sampling. So that all members of the population are used as research samples.The data collection technique used in this study was observation, literature study, and questionnaires with data processing using the SPSS version 26.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous or joint effect of the implementation of good governance and organizational culture on increasing local original income, there is a partial effect of implementing good governance on increasing local original income, there is a partial influence of organizational culture on increasing local original income.
