Abstract
This article aims to find out the problems of Indonesian workers related to the response. Reducing hostilities and creating new workspaces is critical to accelerating a country's economic development. The key to success in business is creating markets for the skills of the workforce. Developments in Indonesian legislation have not facilitated implementation of its objectives by the private sector and the international community. Many factors, such as lengthy permits, high costs, and extended hours, can hinder the development of high-quality field work. A stronger emphasis on community is essential in the fight against crime. Furthermore, the importance of groups in solving development problems by creating and maintaining work spaces cannot be overstated. Public property regulations fall under the formal and informal aspects of community law.
