Abstract

This study aimed to ascertain how employees of finance companies in Jakarta are affected by authentic leadership style in terms of job performance, with organizational culture and organizational identification acting as mediating factors. Purposive sampling is used in this study, which employs a quantitative methodology and involves delivering online questionnaires to 105 workers of finance organizations. Multiple linear regression analysis was the data analysis technique used in this study, and SPSS version 26 for Windows was used to handle the data. The study's findings demonstrated the beneficial effects of an authentic leadership style on organizational identity, work performance, and organizational culture. The study's findings also indicated that work performance is positively impacted by corporate culture and identity. The findings of this study should be helpful to Jakartan financial firms both academically and managerially.
