Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin dan Fasilitas terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial influence of motivation on the performance of North Sumatra Province Transportation Service employees, to determine the partial influence of discipline on the performance of North Sumatra Province Transportation Service employees, to determine the partial influence on the performance of North Sumatra Province Transportation Service employees and to determine the effect motivation, discipline and facilities simultaneously on the performance of North Sumatra Province Transportation Service employees. This research uses a data collection method, namely a questionnaire or questionnaire, while the data analysis techniques used are the multiple regression analysis method, the Classical Assumption Test, the t test, the F test and the determination test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that motivation has a significant influence on employee performance variables at the North Sumatra Province Transportation Service, which can be seen from the motivation t value which is greater than t table (2.240 < 1.65437). Apart from that, discipline has a significant influence on employee performance at the North Sumatra Province Transportation Service, which can be seen from the calculated value of the discipline variable being greater than ttable (4.921 > 1.65437). Furthermore, facilities have a significant influence on employee performance at the North Sumatra Province Transportation Service, which is known from the calculated value of the facility variable which is greater than ttable (13.292 > 1.65437) and there is a simultaneous influence of motivation, discipline variables and facilities together on performance. employee at the North Sumatra Province Transportation Service, where F value = 66.088 > F table 2.66 means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
