Abstract
The unpredictable covid-19 pandemic has made many companies collapse. The number of regulations during the covid pandemic made the Company think a lot about the sustainability of the Company, the government also made various systems that needed to be implemented by the Company, one of which was the WFH system, which this system certainly changed the work system or transitioning job redesign, this is what will be examined in this study, using the literature review method this study will discuss what impacts occurred and changes that occurred during the pandemic and after the pandemic in the company.
