Abstract
Seeing the 160 years of Jiwasraya's role in the insurance industry does not reflect the condition of SOEs in serious conflicts. Theoretically, all the principles of supervision and reporting, and corporate governance are carried out well by this company. The outstanding performance and achievements of the Jiwasraya Insurance Company have led Jiwasraya to receive several prestigious awards. However, it turns out that this well-known company has a problem that has shocked the masses. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The researcher chose to use qualitative research methods to determine how to find, collect, process and analyze survey data. In the long term, the JS Saving Plan product poses a risk to the Jiwasraya company, as evidenced by Jiwasraya's $32.89 billion arrears in payments to Jiwasraya's JS Saving Plan product customers. Another thing about Jiwasraya's stock investment in risky companies is the previous losses due to defaults that have not been thoroughly researched and assessed.
