<p><strong>Transformasi Manageria: Journal of Islamic Education Management</strong> is a journal published in the Study Program of Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. This journal is published twice a year in June and December. Furthermore, this journal is published in two versions, namely print and online. The Journal focuses on issues found in the field of Islamic Education Management, both as material objects and or as formal objects. <p><strong>ABSTRACK</strong></p> <p><em>Problems faced by participants in the Earth Science Olympiad include a lack of learning resources so that participants feel the need to access YouTube to increase their knowledge. The aim of the research is to analyze the use of YouTube in increasing the knowledge of participants in the Earth Science Olympiad. This research used descriptive qualitative methods, and collected data through interviews with two vocational school students participating in the provincial earth science olympiad. Data analysis includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The research results show that YouTube provides a large selection of geoscience olympiad materials so that participants can use YouTube to increase their knowledge. The advantage of YouTube is that it can be accessed anytime and anywhere easily. However, the downside is that YouTube requires quite a lot of internet quota so participants cannot access YouTube too often.</em></p> <p><em> </em></p> <p><em>Keywords: Olympics; Earth Science: YouTube</em></p> <p><em> </em></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p> <p>Masalah yang dihadapi peserta olimpiade sains kebumian antara lain kurangnya sumber belajar sehingga peserta merasa perlu mengakses YouTube untuk menambah pengetahuan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan YouTube dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta olimpiade sains kebumian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terhadap dua siswa SMA peserta olimpiade sains kebumian tingkat provinsi. Analisis data meliputi <em>data reduction, data display</em>, dan <em>conclusion drawing/verification</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Youtube menyediakan banyak pilihan materi olimpiade sains kebumian sehingga peserta dapat memanfaatkan YouTube untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan. Keunggulan youtube dapat diakses kapanpun dan di manapun dengan mudah. <p><em>Education is an important forum and means for society and the entire community has the right to receive proper education in developing human resources in the learning process as a long-term provision. The aim of this research is to find out the role of a class assistant teacher or homeroom teacher, subject teacher and special support teacher. in improving the learning understanding of autistic students at SMP Zainul Hasan1 Ganggong. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to collecting data from various written sources, observation, interviews and documentation. In this research, the researcher uses a case study methodology which requires a thorough examination of an event, where the researcher carries out data collection, data reduction, data presentation, which includes collection, reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions, triangulation to verify the validity of the data. The results of this research show that there is an initiative strategy from the class assistant teacher, including the strategic involvement of subject teachers and the strategy of guidance and counseling teachers as special assistants who can improve the learning understanding of students with special needs as well as educate and train them in improving social and communication skills. <p><em>This study aims to describe the development of the affective domain in Islamic Religious Education learning at SMA Ya BAKII 1 Kesugihan Cilacap and find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of the affective domain. The type of research used is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive method. Data collection is done through observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the development of the affective domain in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning has gone well. This development is carried out with a habituation approach, such as habituation of greetings, praying before and after learning, habituation of duha and duhur prayers in congregation, ziaroh muais, and istighosah. Supporting factors for the development of the affective domain consist of internal and external factors. Internal factors include students' own willingness to do good things, while external factors include a good family, a pesantren-based school environment with habituation and supporting infrastructure, and a good living environment such as pesantren. The inhibiting factors consist of internal factors, such as closed student personalities, low student willingness to learn, and unresponsive students, as well as external factors, such as bad living environment, less harmonious families, and unwise use of technology.</em></p> <p><em>Keywords: Development, Affective Domain, Islamic Religious Education</em></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong><strong> </strong></p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan ranah afektif pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Ya BAKII 1 Kesugihan Cilacap dan mengetahui faktor pendukung serta penghambat pengembangan ranah afektif tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan ranah afektif pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sudah berjalan dengan baik. Pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan pembiasaan, seperti pembiasaan uluk salam, berdo’a sebelum dan sesudah belajar, pembiasaan sholat duha dan duhur berjama’ah, ziaroh muais, dan istighosah. Faktor pendukung pengembangan ranah afektif terdiri dari faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi kemauan diri sendiri siswa untuk menjalankan hal-hal baik, sedangkan faktor eksternal mencakup keluarga yang baik, lingkungan sekolah berbasis pesantren dengan pembiasaan dan sarana prasarana yang mendukung, serta lingkungan tempat tinggal yang baik seperti pesantren. These traits and attitudes include liking congregational prayers, daytime prayers, reading the Koran, respecting teachers and elders, and wanting to help each other, being honest and happy to talk to friends, and being kind to other people when study online. Second: the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in character education for students include: Mujahadah/training, habituation and giving incentives, teacher example and character education which is included in the learning process. <p><em>This study aims to determine how much influence entrepreneurial characteristics and marketing strategies have on the success of MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in Koba District in the Digital Era. The sample of this study consisted of 82 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that (1) Entrepreneurial characteristics have a partial positive effect on the success of MSMEs with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 and a t-count value of 7.559> t-table 1.990. (2) Marketing Strategy has a partial positive effect on the success of MSMEs with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 and a t-count value of 3.467> t-table 1.990. <p><em>This research discusses the role of preschool management standards in improving early childhood social development in Indonesia. preschool plays a crucial role in children's development, with curriculum, teaching methods, infrastructure, and parental and community involvement being key elements in ensuring quality education. Good preschool management standards can create a conducive learning environment, encourage healthy social interactions, and support the development of children's social skills. The research uses the literature study method by collecting data from various relevant sources such as books, scientific journals, articles and official documents. The analysis shows that Total Quality Management (TQM) indicators, such as leadership, commitment, customer focus, data measurement and analysis, and continuous improvement, can be applied in preschool management to improve service quality. Although there are implementation constraints, such as uneven quality of preschool and lack of a comprehensive assessment system, this study provides recommendations to improve access to educational resources, develop an objective assessment system, and increase parental and community involvement. <p><em>The implementation of the independent curriculum is a concept that is preferred in the world of education because it requires educators to show creativity in the learning process while allowing students to explore their potential and foster creativity, innovation, and independence. As with the new discourse, there are of course pros and cons to consider. Education serves as a means to form and achieve personal goals. Educational guidance must be derived from the Qur'an, because the Qur'an consistently provides instructional cues as a whole, from the opening verse to the closing verse. Through obedience to the values embraced in the Qur'an, individuals can be guided towards creativity, dynamism, and the achievement of the essential values of ubudiyah in relation to their creator. This research is a descriptive qualitativeresearch. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using three stages, namely: 1) Data reduction, 2) Data presentation, 3) Drawing conclusions and verification. The data validity techniques used were: The sources observed were, Islamic Religious Education Teachers, Principals, Curriculum Officers, and Students at SMPN 1 Leuwiliang, Bogor Regency. The results of this study show that the implementation of the learning process of the application of the independent curriculum in Islamic Religious Education at SMPN 1 Leuwiliang, Bogor Regency has been carried out through the implementation of summative assessments at the end of the odd semester of the 2023/2024 school year. These assessments combine different approaches, starting with face-to-face teaching during the post-pandemic era.several learning models are introduced, project-based learning models, problem-based learning models, discovery learning models, and inquiry learning. The application of differentiated learning as a form of independent curriculum has resulted in a positive transformation in the development of student learning creativity in Islamic religious education at SMPN 1 Leuwiliang, Bogor Regency. <p><em>The objective of this research is to analyse the social pressures experienced by families without sons in the tradition of descendants of the Karo Tribe in Deli Serdang Regency. The qualitative descriptive method was employed in this research to accurately describe complex social phenomena through in-depth observations and interviews with respondents who are directly involved in the tradition. The findings indicate that this social pressure emanates from two principal sources: the family and the community. The pressure from the family is frequently manifested in the form of encouragement to give birth again, particularly from the nuclear family. This can create high expectations and potentially undermine the husband-wife relationship, as well as damaging the relationship between husband and wife. Meanwhile, social pressure is exerted in the form of expectations regarding the presence of a son and comments that create a psychological burden. <p><em>The low spiritual intelligence of students causes excessive fanaticism, weak faith, loss of soul control and is prone to deviate from religious understanding and values in general. With the implementation of religious programs outside of learning to strengthen the spirituality of the students who participate in these activities. This research will examine the technicalities of implementing extracurricular Islamic spiritual guidance, what are the aspects that hinder and support Islamic spiritual guidance activities, and whether Islamic spiritual guidance activities will increase the religious awareness of students in Batch 2024. This was done to examine its impact on improvement. This study used descriptive qualitative research conducted over several months from April 6, 2023 to January 14, 2024 at SMK INSAN BINA GENERASI 3 Bogor, West Java. The subjects of this research were the Islamic Spirituality trainers of SMK INSAN BINA GENERASI 3 Bogor, West Java. The research informants are the person in charge and the Islamic Spirituality Advisor as well as the Islamic Spirituality Members. The techniques used in this research are observing Islamic spiritual activities directly, processing participant data, and interviewing. Verification of the truth of the research material is based on data triangulation. The method of elaboration uses the method of analyzing various data sources.The stages then carried out are detailed discussion of data, presentation of materials, and drawing out the final results.The results of this research have a very big influence on the world of education. Extracurricular Islamic Spirituality (Kerohanian Islam) is carried out regularly every Saturday.The mentoring process usually takes place through the provision of educational materials using learning media and applications.We use three approaches when conducting extracurricular teaching activities in Kerohanian Islam: exploring the potential of members, a personal approach, and an ideal role model approach. Assessment in Islamic Spirituality activities includes exams recorded on the questions given, communication techniques, and internships. The inhibiting aspects are the short management period and the duration of Islamic Spirituality activities which are the same as other extracurricular activities. In the early stages of Islamic Spirituality mentoring, many of the Islamic Spirituality mentoring participants were XI students. Classes whose mental abilities and intelligence are low, are not mentally ready to become administrators. While the aspects that strengthen it include the facilities provided by the school, the financing of Islamic Spiritual activities, and the school's support for Islamic Spiritual activities. <p><em>Kebaya is one of the traditional clothes in Indonesia. Kebaya is a top garment that has the characteristic of being open at the front and has long sleeves. Usually worn with a long cloth. One type of kebaya is kebaya encim. Kebaya encim is a traditional Betawi clothing that is synonymous with elements of Chinese culture. Kebaya encim is a blend of Betawi, Chinese and Malay cultures. At first, kebaya was worn by the nobles. Along with the development of the times and technology, kebaya can be used by all walks of life by leaving the old rules. Education is a process of changing attitudes towards a group of people in making efforts to grow up through learning and training efforts. Islamic education is an effort in the form of guidance and nurturing for students so that later after their education is completed, they can understand and practice the teachings of Islam and make it a view of life. Islamic education is education that is carried out based on Islamic teachings. Muslim women's clothing is clothing that is in accordance with Islamic religious law. Kebaya can be used as Muslim clothing if the kebaya model is adjusted to the provisions of Islamic law. The criteria for Muslim women's clothing are to cover the aurat, not transparent and not show the curves of the body. The Independent Curriculum, initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, focuses on flexible and student-centered learning. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMK Amaliah 2 faces several challenges, especially in terms of teacher adaptation to new approaches, infrastructure readiness, and student understanding of the learning system. However, this curriculum provides students with more freedom in choosing subjects and projects that suit their interests and talents, and encourages independence in the learning process.</em></p>Siti NurafifahChaira Saidah YusrieRiyanto Riyanto
