Abstrak

Decision making is an alternative solution to the selection process to solve a problem. Leaders depend entirely on the provision of technical and conceptual skills. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. A literature review is a systematic, unambiguous, and reproducible approach to data collection techniques or materials in this journal design that are derived from literature research. The findings show that the decision-making process of an organization requires attention to the stages that must be passed, appropriate decision-making techniques to be applied, attention to factors that influence decision-making to produce good decisions and achieve organizational goals.
