Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and social support with academic procrastination of BKPI Department Students, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN SU. The sample used in this study was 100 students from the BKPI Department of the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN SU. This study used a quantitative method with the use of the scale method as a data collection tool, namely the self-efficacy scale, social support scale and procrastination scale. The results of this study are (1) the independent variable of this study, namely self-efficacy, has a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely procrastination. This is indicated by a significance level of less than 0.05. (2) the independent variable of this study, namely social support, has a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely procrastination. This is indicated by a significance level of less than 0.05. (3) based on the determination coefficient test, a value of 0.449 or 44.9% is obtained so that it can be explained that the independent variables of selfefficacy and social support have an effect on the dependent variable, namely procrastination of 44.9% and the rest is influenced by other variables that not examined in this study
