It highlights the significance of understanding the context and linguistic situation to prevent misinterpretation. The research aims to uncover and describe the types of conversational implicatures contained in Elon Musk's English public speech on A.I. and Mars, emphasizing the importance of analyzing implicatures in informal interactions. This study utilized a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze conversational implicatures in Elon Musk's discussions on A.I. and Mars in English speech. The research focused on identifying implicature types and functions in the conversations, with data collected from Elon Musk's public speeches and transcribed for analysis. On Steve Harvey’s official YouTube page called The Steve TV Show, the episode recorded 575,739 views and episodes uploaded on March 24, 2024. The Steve Harvey Show is a television show. This research aims to identify and categorize the various speech styles used by Steve Harvey (Host) and Walter Carr (guest) in the episode, as well as to understand the context and function of each style. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis for data collection. Data collected from analyzed video and transcripts of talk show episodes were analyzed and then classified based on the theory of Joos Martin (1962), which divides speech style into five levels, namely: frozen style, formal style, consultative style, informal style, and intimate style. Based on Joos Martin’s theory, Steve Harvey and Walter Carr preferred Consultative Speech Style at 84,62%, Casual Speech Style at 7,69%, Formal Speech Style at 15,38%, Intimate Speech Style at 0%, Frozen Speech Style at 0% emerging during intense emotional moments at and the guest. The aim of this research is to determine media design, media validation, media practicality, and the effectiveness of Canva-based animated video media on the Let's Get to Know Our Earth material. This research uses Research and Development (R&amp;D) research and the model used is the ADDIE Development model. The ADDIE Development Model has several stages, namely analysis. This product was validated by 1 media expert, 1 material expert, 1 class teacher and 13 grade 5 students. In the initial stage, validation tests were carried out by media experts, material experts and teachers. Then test the effectiveness of the media in the form of pretest-posttest and validation tests by students. The validation results show that media experts obtained an average of 80% which is included in the Valid and Appropriate criteria, for validation results material experts obtained the Very Valid and Appropriate category, with results of 83.3% and student response tests and teacher responses obtained respective results of 89% and 81.8% are included in the feasible and practical criteria. The test results show that the overall average increase in learning achievement results obtained by students is 20%. The research objective was to assess the effect of utilizing Microsoft Teams as a digital method for delivering reading assignments. A quantitative approach employing a one-group pre-test post-test design was utilized. The researcher administered a series of tests including pre-test and post-test. The results indicate there has an effect of Microsoft Teams on the eighth graders’ reading assignment outcomes. The development of competent and independent individuals through the learning process is one indicator of educational success. Shifts in personal behavior towards the better can be a sign of successful learning. Socio-cultural change is a deviation from established norms. Geography, material culture, population structure, ideology, and new social discoveries are examples of this shift. This modification indicates development. The social life of society is greatly influenced by this rapid development. The purpose of this study was to determine the design of the development of comic teaching materials and the effectiveness of comic teaching materials in the socio-cultural change course for class IX MTs LAB UIN SU MEDAN students. The research method used is the research and development approach. R&amp;D is a strategy that aims to create products and evaluate their effectiveness. Data collection used in the development of this social studies comic teaching material is observation, questionnaires and documentation. The findings indicate that social character formation is conducted through various methods, including the habituation of polite behavior, enforcement of discipline, use of distinctive terms between teachers and students to create emotional closeness, and the implementation of educational sanctions and rewards.
