Abstract
The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of compensation, work environment, occupational safety and health and servant leadership on job satisfaction. The method used in this research is quantitative with a population of 55 respondents. Data collection techniques sing questionnaires, to analyze data using data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis. The results of the research prove that compensation has a significant positive effect job satisfaction, the work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, occupational safety and health has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and service leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction.
