Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Kesejahteraan, dan Keadilan Organisasional terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Karyawan PT DM Baru Retailindo

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, welfare, and organizational justice on organizational commitment. The population in this study were employees of PT DM Baru Retailindo, precisely at the DM Baru 8 Bantul branch. Data was collected through a questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS software application version 25.0. Based on the results of research tests found, namely: (1) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (2) Welfare has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (3) Organizational Justice has a positive not significant effect on organizational commitment. (4) Work Discipline, Welfare, and Organizational Justice have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.
